Dehradun: Members belonging to Gorkhali Sudhar Sabha Chandrabani Branch celebrated their annual function on last Wednesday with enthusiasm. This program was held at premises of Padam Shahi President of Chandrabani Branch.
Chief Guest on this occasion was Padam Singh Thapa, central president of Gorkhali Sudhar Sabha. Program started by lightening ceremonial lamp mutually lightened by various dignitaries present during this program. Various eminent and guest were welcomed by Cultural Secretary Cap VB Thapa and Manger Prabha Shah. After that detail members also shared information , achievements of past year and upcoming schemes and planning of Chandrabani branch among all. During this function meritorious were also felicitated which were Sujal Thapa, Anvesh Chetri, Himani Chetri, Anvesha Thakuri, Anjali Rai, Sakshi Thapa, Niharika Chetri,Prathmesh Sharma, Nikhil Chetri, Pratham Gurung, Simran Thakuri,Pakhi Sharma, Tript Gurung and Akshita Gurung.
Along with this Gorkhali Sudhar Sabha Chandrabani Branch also felicitated seniors, Social workers and Matra Shakti who all work for betterment of others under which Pushpa Sen, Poornima Shahi, Vishnumaya Gurung, Satya Shahi,Usha Shahi, and Karuna Shahi.
Central President of Sudhar Sabha, Padam Singh Thapa also appreciated working and various activities of Chadrabani Branch. Others present during this proram were HB Rana, Col Kailash Mal, Sandeep Shahi, Mohan Thapa, Cap RS Thapa, Cap SB Gurung, Premfulla Thapa ,Mohan Prasad Gurung, Rajesh Mal ,Sushila Rai, Meena Pulami and many others people were present.
