Too much salt consumption could be very dangerous for health

Dehradun: Food is that essential item which helps us to survive for long time, but in present time made items. It is also true thing that they don’t like home made dishes. In taste food items prepared are very nice, but in vitality restaurant prepared food is zero because too much oil, salt and heavy spices are not good for health if restaurant prepared is eaten on regular basis. In present time going for long period and having restaurant made items on regular basis is killed space for home made recipe.

When food prepared by mom children usually hate to eat and result of this thing is health of children is going down. According to doctors on daily basis 5 gram of salt consumption is daily need of single person which has to follow by everyone , but  Indians instead of having salt in limit of 5 grams daily are consuming 11 grams salt , which is very deadly for their health. Along with this daily having company packed namkeens,  chips , wafers and junk food items usually have high amount of salt which is very dangerous to eat.

If addiction of salty food goes on for long time  then it is usually affects our health and reduces our survival rate. In today busy schedule life parents instead of taking care of their children by spending more time with them usually provides heavy pocket money. This is also one of the main reason which is giving chance to young children to go spend more money on street food especially eating junk food.

Which is very bad for health? On regular basis having too much salty food is very dangerous like acid. It burns our internal organs. According to research all those people who regular eat homemade food they survives for long time.
