SGRR won sixth rank in north region

Dehradun. 10 September 2021: Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital (S.G.R.R.) and Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences has won Sixth Rank amidst the top Private Medical Colleges of North India in the Survey conducted by India’s No. 1 Magazine India Today. During the Survey, the Government and Private Medical Colleges were evaluated on various comparable parameters. It’s a matter of great joy that Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital (SGRRIM&HS) is the only Medical College from the state of Uttarakhand that has proved up to the mark on all the set criteria.

On Friday, the occasion was celebrated at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences with programme of celebration with songs, music, exchange of congrats and sweets distribution at the Medical College by the faculty members, students and staff members.

                 Chairman of Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences and Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj congratulated all the doctors, nursing staff, support staff and all the personnel associated with hospital’s services directly or indirectly and expressed deep gratitude towards them. He said that it’s highly pleasing news which has come as a result of years of hard work of the doctors and staff members. He urged all the doctors and staff members that they must repeat their determination and ensure the service of mankind via excellent healthcare reach its peak. Chairman Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj said that all steps must be taken to promote Medical Tourism. He said that in metro cities, a highly cost is needed to be incurred for treatment as well as the stay of patients’ relatives. Under Medical Tourism, all the necessary resources will be developed at Shri Mahant Indiresh hospital that will result in increase in Uttarakhand’s tourism as well as tourists.

                           Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital is successfully running Distt. Hospital, Pauri under Public Private Partnership (P.P.P.) mode. This is ensuring the availability of quality healthcare facilities for the people of Pauri and nearby areas which in turn also discourages displacement of people from hilly regions.
