Rishikesh: On the occasion Diwali Vidhan Sabha Adyaksh, Premchand Agarwal distributed 101 cheques worth 6 lakhs to people belonging to deprived families. This financial help was allotted under Vivekadhin Kosh to backward people. While congratulating people present during this program Premchand Aggarwal said Deepwali is festive of lights, happiness and sign of financial wellbeing of Indian community. He also said in present time to enjoy this festive of lights we should go for green crakers instead of using highly polluted crackers which harms our green ambiance of our Earth. Others present during this program were Sudesh Kandwal, Divya Belwal, Mukesh Goyal Pradeep Dhasmana, Gajendra Vikram Shahi, Satpal Saini, Kavita Shah, Shiv Kumar Gautam Rakesh Pasa, Manoj Jahkmola and Ankit Bahukhandi.
