Dehradun: One more significant achievement has been added as a milestone by successful treatment by the ultramodern Impella technique of Cardiology. hospital, Dr. (Col) Salil Garg. A 74 years old army officer was suffering from heart related problems since long. As a result of heart problem, the pumping of patient’s heart had become slow. In medical language, this disease is called Severe Heart Dysfunction
with Coronary Artery Disorder. Due to this disease, the beating of heart of the patient could also have got stopped. Medical Specialists of Advance Centres use the ultramodern impella technique for fro treatment of heart diseases. The whole procedure of the patient lasted for 4 hours in which the patient was given a new life. After the procedure, the patient recovered very fast and has been discharged
