Dehradun: Another milestone has been achieved by Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital by adding an ultra-modern technique in the treatment of Cardiac patients. The super- speciality facility of Electro Physiology Test and procedure has been started at the

Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital’s Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Prerak Mittal and HOD, Deptt. of Cardiology, Dr. Salil Garg have expressed deep gratitude towards HDFC Bank for this gift under C.S.R. activity.

They said that this super speciality Electro Physiology Machine will be providing treatment to general patients as well as the beneficiaries of Ayushman, CGHS, ECHS, ESIC and Golden Card under their respective schemes. On Monday, at the Cardiology Deptt. of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, the Electro Physiology Machine was formally inaugurated jointly by HDFC Bank’s State Circle Head Bakul Sikka, HDFC Bank’s Cluster Head Sarika Gupta, Dr. Prerak Mittal and Dr. Salil Garg. The disorders of heart beat are treated by the procedure of this machine.

This Machine is very efficient in diagnosing the disease of WPW. Professionals who are at high risk like defence employees, pilots, etc. are required to give Electro Physiology Fitness Report as a Compulsory condition. The inauguration ceremony was also marked by the auspicious presence of Cath Lab Director Dr. Tanuj Bhatia, Medical Superintendents Dr. Ajay Pandita & Dr. Gaurav Raturi, Dr. Richa Sharma, Dr. Sahil Mahajan, Chief Finance Officer Ashok Swami, Nursing and Support Staff of Deptt. of Cardiology of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital.
