Dehradun. On Sunday, Rajyamantri of the Prime Minister’s Office, Dr. Jitender Singh bowed down at Shri Darbar Sahib. Along with him, BJP’s State President Madan Kuashik, MLA Raipur Khajan Das, Ex State Minister Vinay Kataria, BJP’S District President Sita Ram Bhatt also availed ‘darshan’ of Shri Darbar Sahib and bowdd down over there. All these had a formal meeting with Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj of Shri Darbar Sahib who showered his divine blessings over them.
They had detailed discussions about the developmental projects of the state. Shri Maharaj Ji congratulated Central Govt. and State Govt. for their tenure and developmental works. At 10:30 a.m. in the morning on Sunday, the fleet of Rajyamantri Dr. Jitender Singh reached Shri Darbar Sahib. Dr. Jitender Singh was welcome as per the tradition of Shri Darbar Sahib. Cabinet Minister of Govt. of India, Dr. Jitender Singh bowed down at Shri darbar Sahib and had a formal meeting with Shri Maharaj Ji.
They had discussions on how to stop migration of youth from the hills of Uttarakhand, promoting organic farming, making Uttarakhand a plastic free state, development to Uttarakhand and the hurdles in it and other significant matters related to Centre. Shri Maharaj Ji congratulated the tenure of Prime Minister Narender Modi and expressed best wishes for the future. Central Cabinet Minister Dr. Jitender Singh highly praised the welfare works of Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital and Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission.
In particular, he appreciated the existence of SGRR Medical College as the biggest Medical College of Uttarakhand and called it a matter of pride. He called Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital as a prime supporter in the healthcare services of Uttarakhand State. He expressed happiness over the quality education, healthcare, medical education, environmental conservation and organic faming being done by Shri Guru Ram Rai University. He said that Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission has been imparting quality education at affordable costs since decades. He expressed hope that in future also, Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission will be undertaking public welfare works and continue its humanitarian mission.
