The other day, on the way home, after a busy day at work, I happened to catch the end of the song by Charlie Puth Fast and Furious See you again…See you again… For the remainder of the night, the song was on repeat in my head, and the following line from the song persisted for several days: “And now you gone be with me for the last ride.” Lately, there’s been a lot of conversation in my world about the purpose of emotions. When you enter the sumptuous world in the cycle of materialism fate with no strings attached the world of emotions becomes a rollercoaster for the one who dives in. Here is the catch ‘DIVING IN’. My readers will agree there is nothing more contagious than a child’s laughter, one will relentlessly dive into it but there can be situation where you decide to hold and refrain.
We in a multifaced society can never surround ourselves with so called good emotions which is a myth. Without a doubt, our emotions serve a purpose. We don’t have to dismiss how we feel and how we try to deal with it (if we address it at all). What we can decide is where to dive and where not to dive in situations around us, which is easier said than done, and we can better comprehend our lives if we apply this filter to our daily activities. A person is unlikely to fully understand his or her behaviour because of a particular feeling unless the whys and wherefores of that emotion are recognised. There are times when you feel like a king entering the ornate lobby of life, and other times when you feel like an imposter. All I can say is that yes, life can be uncomfortable. Yes, life can even sometimes be unbearable, for all types of reasons. It’s completely OK to be ‘Not OK’. What is possible is to get to a place where you seek solutions to help bring yourself happiness.
And even if there are hardships with this happiness, there are ways to overcome the hardships. You need to have faith in yourself, and love. Most of us strive for success and depend on various intoxications, gatherings, affixation with groups and varied attachments not realising thar this short-lived dopamine can be antidepressant but will be short-lived. So where can be solace? Where to head for happiness and decide on what to Dive? The short lived dipamines will faid away what remains is your inner self which is invisible anchor and will always give true answers , importantly answering where to DIVE……WE come across innumerable persona, emotions, vibes and situations on daily basis and only the force within can help in channelising your aura making you invincible and powerful to govern where to lead the emotions.
All of this needs a strong inner self and a happy spirit which is the pavement for a good life. For anyone, a good life is filled with love, health, joy, prosperity, and safety. Most of us do have an understanding of what a happy mind or body means but let us have a look at what a “happy spirit” A person’s spirit can be defined as the essence of who that person is. It is the spark or energy present at birth that distinguishes one living entity from another. It is what distinguishes each of us. When discussing someone’s spirit, the term “soul” is frequently used. It grows, develops, and changes throughout your life, just as your body and mind do and its happiness rely on the emotional spiritual health
It is our emotional spiritual health that affects how we feel about ourselves, our interpersonal relationships, and our complete life in general which makes us decide where to dive or not. Emotional Spiritual health is all about the measurement of our ability to cope up with the ups and downs of life. It is the flexibility of the response when one is faced with life’s highly challenging moments. So, let’s not give our locus of control in other extraneous factors which will come and go. What is left is us and the power that holds us. The magical soul has the efficacy to decide where to plunge and where to refrain, Now the question is how to work on this parameter. Once you’re aware of how you’ve been depleting your lifeforce, you can start making healthier choices. By practising certain principles to enhance our inner spirt by churning certain factors (which includes chakras, nadis, koshas, and more).
You will also renew your spirit by living into your purpose, connecting with your inner guidance system, and creating a support network. These mindset and lifestyle changes can help you take control of your energetic hygiene and truly channelize your will and purpose beneath the anchor emotions. So why be hampered by circumstances when you can conquer the world because it was and always will be within you? Here’s how to practically master the art for the right Dives…
1. Its Right Here!
By choosing to be fully immersed in the present moment, you reclaim your life force, which you may have given away to past and future circumstances. Worrying about the future and holding on to emotions from the past are the simplest ways to give up power. While emotional healing takes time, you can choose to be present in every moment. Paying attention to what’s in front of you allows your mind and body to process energy and cultivate acceptance plunging into the dive of the right situation.
2. Give it to Supreme Power
When you are open to connecting with the universal consciousness in all, your aura is most expansive and protected. Set aside some time each day to welcome the wisdom that plants, animals, elements, and forces have to offer. Allow the light to aid you. You could simply sit alone and say, “I welcome the love and guidance of universal consciousness.” Be receptive to the energy of trust which will anchor your dive decisions.
3. Listen to yourself
When you refuse to listen to your intuition, you can quickly deplete your lifeforce. Maybe you’re being led to quit your job or travel abroad. When you ignore your gut feelings, dreams, and inspiration on a regular basis, you block your Third Eye (Sixth) Chakra. The Third Eye Chakra is one of the seven major energetic vortexes where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are stored. You project information and manifest your present-moment experiences through those chakras. You can activate the sixth chakra by writing automatically, working with amethyst, or inviting in your spirit guides.
4. Time to let go FOMO
Humanity thrives in groups and communities, as ancient cultures recognised. Having a network to which you can relate can provide a sacred space for you to be vulnerable, courageous, and grounded. You may be isolated due to a variety of factors such as geography, disability, financial difficulties, or simply feeling rejected. You might want to think about how the right tribe of people can be beneficial in your life. Then, consider the values that are important to you. What characteristics must be present in the community you join?
5. Practice Forgiveness
When you hold onto anger, judgement, resentment, and shame, you deplete your soul. Your body’s and mind’s frequency has been reduced, and you may notice that you are manifesting more of the same as a result of that vibration. While forgiveness is difficult, it does not obligate you to forgive someone who has wronged you or to continue having a relationship with no boundaries. On the contrary, it is a chance to liberate yourself—and your past. All you need is the desire to forgive. Being open to the possibility of one day easily and effortlessly transmuting all pain is an excellent first step and will protect you from wrong divings.
6. Know your existence
Your vitality is determined not only by the food you eat and the movement you give your body, but also by the sense of satisfaction and fulfilment you find in your daily life. The more clarity you have about the meaning of your existence, and the more actively you pursue your purpose, the more life you bring into each day. To begin living into your purpose, you may want to ask yourself, “What am I passionate about?” What makes me happy? “What did I used to do that I wish I could do more of?” Remember that your purpose is not always a career choice. It can also refer to a hobby that you enjoy, a relationship that you nurture, or how you go about your daily life.
Few of the simple lifestyle and mental health changes can churn out wonderful results. Generation Z is becoming accustomed to feelings of anxiety, depression and importantly decision making as opposed to my generation, which learned the art of independence, which supposedly builds self-control and self-discipline. But where are the millennials’ heading with instant decisions in life and taking leapless dives. Is it beneficial to their emotional and physical health? Aren’t they becoming increasingly agitated? Do they value what they can get right away? Are they sure of the right dives?
People frequently classify feelings as “good” or “bad” based on whether they are pleasant or unpleasant: happiness is good, while anger is bad. Nonetheless, many emotion researchers believe that feelings, whether pleasant or unpleasant, are adaptive and useful in that they provide important information about what is going on around us. In other words, even negative emotions can be considered “good.”and with suggestive ways may be few of us choose the right set of situations to Dive….
My readers would feel if everything is just an easy game of Dive in this life, then what is the need of collecting experience?
Everything is an easy game, if you understand just this, there is no need of any other experience.
So where is your game which will let you dive…
