SRIJANAVALI: A Dance Production: 6:45 p.m.: The junior school production SRIJANAVALI choreographed and directed by Seher Noor Mehra was a mosaic of contemporary dance based on the five elements that together conjured up this Universe. The dances related the creation story as well as that of the exploitation of the elements, the PANCHBHOOTA, at the hands of us humans. The dance of the elements made visible, the unseen.

The production effectively managed to drive home the vital role played by the five elements in our survival as they exist within us, and around us. It exhorted the audience to relinquish greed and selfishness to protect the gentleness of the earth, the flow of water, the playfulness of wind, the passion of fire and mystery of space, for only then they would dance their eternal dance of life. The clear warning being that if they stopped, the universe would fall into a lifeless lull!  Gala Dinner for Ex-Students: The Principal hosted a dinner for the ex-students and staff the same night. The ex-students who attended the Celebrations included girls from the Class of 1972 (Golden Jubilee Class) and from the Class of 1997 (Silver Jubilee Class) among many other students spanning the decades from 1972 to 2022.
