Change is a universal truth and change of thoughts is an easy cheap and easy way to bring the change in any individual and the society. Rajyoga can not only bring mental and spiritual changes but physical as well.
Through Raja Yoga, man becomes more active, efficient and aware. Raja Yoga brings a fundamental change towards life in an individual. He is worldly, yet he is spiritual, that is why he becomes a beneficial part not only for the family but also for the society.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Sanjay also took part in the induction ceremony of Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth University as a chief guest and told the basic mantras of success in life in his address. He said that behavior, knowledge and skills are important to get success in life. In the same order behavior affects more than 50%, knowledge affects 30% and skill affects 10%. He said that health, education, nutrition (HEN- H for health, E for education and N for nutrition) are the basic pillars of social, economic and mental development.
Addressing the audience in Narayan Seva Sansthan, he said that the importance of walking on the feet is more than that of the heart and lungs. If all of us had not walked on our feet, we would not have reached where we have reached today. An educated and healthy person cannot complete only his work but he can also help others because help is the basis of our life.
Dr. Sanjay is raising the name of Uttarakhand not only in country but in world as well. It is a great honor not only to Dr. Sanjay but also to the citizens of our state that a social worker like Dr. Sanjay was honored by an international repute organization like Brahma Kumaris, Narayan Seva Sansthan and Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth trust.
