Dehradun: On 4th November after orders given by local court regarding ancestors property dispute of Dr Intezar Ahmad on last Wednesday met SSP Dehradun Dilip Singh Kunwal . During this meeting he shared his ancestors property is situated on Chakrata Road and his own younger brother Iftekhar Ahmad and Shabnam Khan on the basis of forged documents unnecessarily tried to capture his property . Both forged person also filed petition in Civil court in year 2003 file case number 122.
Since last 30 years applicant of this issue has bares huge financial loss regarding this property dispute. When Dr Intezar Ahmad not allowed to share his part of land and filed case against forged person then accused Inftekhar Ahmad and Shabnam Khan threatening of killing. While considering this issue SSP Dehradun has given assurance of further taking strict action against accused and providing safty to deprived family of Dr Intezar Ahmad.
