Reforming India trust carried out tree plantation drive

Dehradun: A huge plantation programme to plant 500 medicinal plant was organized by the Reforming India trust in Raipur road Tapovan near Vaidik Ashram on Sunday. Organizer of This event Lokesh Agarwal while speaking to Involvement news said that main motive of organizing this drive is to conserve our green ambiance and disturbed composition of our planet The Earth.

He further also said that in present time main reason behind natural disaster is regular cutting of trees and human interfere in dense forest. which has raised the level of global warming. The programme last late evening.  In the event . Trivendra singh rawat and Anoop Nautiyal of SDFC society also participated and plated many trees and addressed the localities.

Lokesh Agarwal The organizer of the plantation programme stated that now a days  land sliding  and cloud burst incidents are more common than before. climate change and pollution is the problem to be addressed by every citizen and plantation may help to reduce pollution, for this purpose medicinal plants are planted in the area.
