Dehradun-29-09-2022- The Poly Kids Dalanwala Branch celebrated its Annual Sports Meet on 29th September 2022. The Sports Meet started with the opening ceremony where the captains along with Chairman Capt. Mukul Mahendru released House Balloons in the air. The Guest of Honour for the event were Renowned Super Riders of Dehradun who have recently covered 3000km to Leh Ladakh and Kargil and are of 60 plus age group.
It was followed by March Past, Oath taking ceremony, Martial Art Display, Relay Races, Drill, Double Plank Race, Leap and Hop race, Butterfly and the flowers race, Tarzan and Tiger Race, Peter and Paul Race, Noddy and Martha Race, etc. A lot of more races were conducted on the occasion by all the students of different classes. Every race carried a message on environment and friendship.
The winner of the March Past was Vayu House, PT Drill was Agni House, Discipline was Prithvi House and Cheering was Vayu House. Nandika Bisht, Dhruv and Swarnika, Somagya Badoni, Swarir and Granth, Tashvika, Aarav and Akshita, Sanskriti and Chitransh, Adhiraj and Jiyansha, Yashvi and Aradhya, Pratyush and Arash, Ish and Snitisha, Devansh and Anirudh, Anmita and Shrish, Evika and Navneet, Swastik and Anirudh were some of the winners. Medals and certificates were awarded to all the winners.
Guests Cyclists – Mrs. Vishav Dhiman (Mayor of Cycling), Mr. Kamal Jeet Dhiman, Col. Anil Gurung, Capt. Gopal Rana. Cyclists / Runners – Sports Director – Ramesh Nayal (Watch) and his entire team was also present.
