Mussoorie :On 4 th November 2022:- Oak Grove School (Northern Railway),Jharipani organized an Alumni Meet for effective interaction with the pass-out students. Mr. Ajay Nandan, Divisional Railway Mananger ,Moradabad Division was the Chief Guest of the occasion . The inauguration of 5 th Worldwide Re- Union 2022 started by the Inaguration of Renovated School auditorium and lighting of the lamp, by the Chief Guest , Mr. Abhishek Kesarwani, Principal ,Oak Grove School, Jharipani and Ex-Oak Grovians . The Alumni Meet started with “Saraswati Vandana” by students of the three wings of the school. Alumni Meet was organised in the newly constructed School Auditorium on date 4 th November 2022 .
It was an incredible reunion of alumnis coming from India and abroad. It was a reunion of alumnis coming from USA, UK, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and other parts of the country. The students of three wings of the school mesmerized their seniors by their wonderful dance performances. Mr.Abhishek Kesarwani started his speech by high lighting on various achievements of our Alumnis. He also shared the aims and objectives of the Alumni Association. PPT presented show cased the performance of Oak Grove in his tenure.
Speaking on the occasion Shri Ajay Nandan said that the coming back to a place that shaped the trajectory of one’s own life is a priceless and unexplainable experience. Meeting old friends who travelled in different directions and sharing the life experiences with them makes this coming back an unforgettable event. Arvind Sharma, Secretary,The Old Oak Grovian association ,Delhi Chapter proposed the vote of thanks. He thanked the Alumnis for taking the time to come for the Alumni Meet who have made it a very special and memorable one. He thanked the various organizers of the event (teaching, non-teaching staff and the enthusiastic student volunteers) whose hard work and dedication made the event possible. He also thanked the management of
OGS for the support and guidance which has made Alumni Meet 2022 a grand success.
