21st June 2023, Dehradun: Tula’s Institute, in collaboration with Shri Nityanand Swami Jan Seva Samiti (SNSJSS), commemorated International Yoga Day today with a magnificent celebration that emphasized well-being and unity. The event witnessed overwhelming participation from students, faculty, and staff members, reflecting their dedication to a holistic and healthy lifestyle.
Organized by the NSS unit of Tula’s Institute, the International Yoga Day celebration aimed to promote the practice of yoga as a pathway to physical health, mental equilibrium, and emotional well-being. This event showcased the institute’s commitment to creating an environment that fosters overall wellness.
The highlight of the celebration was a captivating yoga session led by the highly skilled and experienced trainer, Aashi Rana, from SNSJSS. Aashi Rana, renowned for her expertise in yoga, guided the participants through a series of invigorating asanas, emphasizing proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
