16th December 2021, Dehradun: The Uttarakhand Vijay Samman Rally led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi witnessed participation from the former Congress candidate and former block chief of Raipur Constituency Prabhulal Bahuguna.
People in great numbers from Raipur Constituency supporting Prabhulal Bahuguna commenced their rally from Sahastradhara Crossing and marched up till Parade Ground.
Speaking during the rally, Prabhulal Bahuguna said, “I am thankful to our Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi for all his support towards the betterment of the state and its people. The Uttarakhand Vijay Samman Rally is an outreach to the armed forces and their kin in a state that has a strong military tradition. The rally celebrated the 50th Vijay Diwas, which commemorates India’s victory over Pakistan in 1971.”
Adding further, Bahuguna said, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people of Raipur constituency who participated in this rally in huge numbers and made it a great success.”
The rally was supported by Ashwini Bahuguna, Vineet Dobhal, Manju Dobhal, Sarita Bisht, and other Congress members.
