Dehradun: For solving various mental issues of teenagers on 14 April with the initiative with Career Launcher 12th student from St. Joseph’s Academy as speaker of this event Ananya Vijjan is going to conduct a free of cost session with youngsters. This program will be held at premises career launcher situated in Dehradun. A research published in the Lancet in October 2021 found at 35% increase in mental health disorders in India. Talking to Involvement news she said that she has taken the initiative to create awareness about this big issue and started “project changing minds”. According to the Global Burden of Disease Study around 20 crore Indians, or one in every seven suffer from a variety of mental problems. Anxiety and stress is also increasing these days in teens at a very fast pace. She will be doing an free of cost awareness seminar 14th April on the same with teenagers of Dehradun.
