Dehradun: Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences has presented an ideal example regarding discipline. The Anti Ragging Committee and the Discipline Committee of the Medical College has taken the incident of misbehave done by senior students to a junior student very seriously. They have imposed a fine of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand (Rs. 25,000/-) as well as three months suspension on the senior students.
A medical student had put a complaint of misbehave with the National Anti Ragging Cell. The Cell had forwarded the complaint to the Medical College for investigation. The Anti Ragging Committee has has taken strict action over the senior students. The Committee has also organized counseling session for the senior students so that no such incident is repeated and all the students live together in a friendly manner.
