Dehradun: After completing six decades, Carman School celebrated its 61st Annual Day on the 18th of May 2022.Children representing all the classes participated in the show. It started with the Director, Mr. G.I.G Mann speaking to the parents and was followed by a speech by the Principal, who said how the school coped with the pandemic and some plans. The primary section was brilliant with their choir as they sang about Noah’s Ark, followed by an equally mesmerizing performance of the play Hansel and Gretel by the Juniors.
The students of the Middle Section were not to be left behind as they put up a beautiful musical play- Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs. The school choir enthralled the audience with a patriotic song, “Desh mere desh mere,” and a musical number, ‘Stand by me. The piece de resistance was the dances performed by the senior school showcasing the four seasons, which were colourful, graceful, and well-choreographed and ended with a grand finale where everyone came together for the National Anthem.
