ICFAI University conducts Counseling Workshop for students

Dehradun: 
 The ICFAI University organized a campus visit cum career counseling workshop for the 12th class students of St. Mary’s Convent Sr Secondary School today.

A total of 102 students, along with 4 teachers, visited the ICFAI campus.

The program started with the lighting of the lamp by the Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ram Karan Singh, along with the teachers of St. Mary’s Convent School, including Sanjay Sanjwan, Kusum, Meenu Guleria, and Gaurav Kumar.

Later, Prof. Amit Das addressed the students and shared his experience as a student and the importance of career counseling workshops in the life of students. He also enlightened the students about ICFAI University and gave his best wishes to students for the upcoming board examinations and bright future ahead.

Prof. Nishant Mathur gave the presentation on career counseling, and Dr. Sanjeev Malaviya from ICFAI Business School asked the students about their expectations from this visit.

Dr. Deepti Kiran explained various courses options for commerce students after the 12th. Branch Head of ICFAI Group Information Department Manoj Kumar Garia informed the students about the university scholarship schemes and other benefits, which the university offers to students in various programs.

Later, all the students visited the campus labs, Moot Court, Computer labs, Tech labs, sports complex, gym, etc., of the University. Students also inquired about their queries with experts regarding options for a better career.

In this workshop, Poonam Pant, Suman Rawat, Prateek Nawani, Shruty Rastogi from ICFAI Group Information Department were also present.
