SHRI GURU RAM ARI UNIVERSITY’S RISHABH RAWAT WINS FIRST POSITION AT
800 METERS OF NATIONAL WINTER GAMES

Dehradun: Rishabh Rawat, student of School of Management & Commerce Studies, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, has brought laurels to the university as well as Uttarakhand State by winning the First Position at the National Winter Games. It’s worth mentioning that National Winter Games were organized at Gulmarg, Kashmir. In the National Winter Games, participants from various states of the country participated. On returning Dehradun from Gulmarg, Rishabh reached Shri Darbar Sahib and took the blessings of Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj. Shri Maharaj Ji motivated Rishabh to achieve even after greater heights and showered his divine
blessings over him.
On reaching Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Rishabh Rawat was given a grand welcome by university’s Vice Chancellor Dr. (Prof.) Uday Singh Rawat, Registrar Dr. Ajay Khanduri, Faculty members and students. While speaking over the occasion, Dean, School of Management & Commerce Studies, Dr. Vipul Jain said that Rishabh has always been bright in studies as well as sports.

He said that Rishabh Rawat has brought fame and pride to Shri Guru Ram Rai University as well as Uttarakhand State by his outstanding performance at National Winter Games, Gulmarg, Kashmir. It’s significant to mention that Rishabh Rawat has won the First Position in the 800 meters Senior Men’s. Not only this, Rishabh has also secured Second Position in 1500 meters and Third Position in Long Distance. SGRR family has celebrated this achievement by congratulating one another over this achievement of Rishabh Rawat.
