Dehradun: Intra-nigam table tennis tournament was organized by UJVNL at Dehradun. Teams from various offices of UJVN Limited from all over the state participated in this tournament. The results were as below -Team event was won by the Head Quarter team whereas the Ganga Valley team was runner-up. In men’s single Sudhir Chawla won the final by defeating Ratnesh Bisht. In men’s doubles the winners were Ratnesh Bisht & Sudhir chawla whereas Vinay Joshi & Himanshu Tiwari were runner-up.
In women’s single Kavita Uniyal won the finals by defeating Manisha Kaunswal. In women’s doubles the winners were Kavita Uniyal & Kamlesh Nautiyal whereas Megha Suyal Joshi & Manisha Kaunswal were runner-up. In mixed doubles winner were Kavita Uniyal & Sudhir Chawla and Runner-up were Megha Suyal & Ratnesh Bisht. Present during the event were DGM Sachin Dangwal, EE Amit Ranjan, AE Pawan Rana from sports cell of UJVNL alongwith Dharmendra Singh, Rohit Ghildiyal, Angveen Khan, Aditya Rathi, Vinod Kumar, Anurag Gupta and many other players and officials.
